All resources from Chill Compliance are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase – no physical shipping is required or available. There are no shipping fees for digital resources.

Delivery of Resources

Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to a download link for your resource modules via:

• The order confirmation page
• Email (from hello@chillcompliance.com)
• Your customer account.

Electronic delivery typically occurs within 5 minutes, depending on your email provider. No delivery tracking is required.

Download Responsibility

We strongly recommend you download your resources promptly after purchase. You are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies; Chill Compliance does not provide indefinite hosting or permanent access via download links for your purchased files.

Issues Accessing Your Files

If you encounter issues accessing your resource modules, please follow these steps:

1. Check the order confirmation page for the download link.
2. Check your email (and spam folder) for the download link from hello@chillcompliance.com.
3. Log in to your customer account to access your digital resource library – this area contains a complete history of all resources you have purchased.
4. Contact support if the resources are still missing.
