Refund Policy

As our products are digital and intangible, they are deemed "used" once they are made available for download or accessed (e.g. via a provided link or through your user account), even if not immediately downloaded or opened by you. For this reason, all purchases of our digital products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. Please report any issues within 7 days of purchase. If you experience any technical issues with your downloaded template (e.g. difficulty downloading or opening the file), or believe there is an error in the template content, or if the template fails to provide its core compliance features as described in the product description (e.g. due to a material error or inaccuracy), please contact us at our Contact Us page found here or email us at hello@chillcompliance.com. Include your order number, issue description, and evidence (e.g. screenshots). We will verify eligibility before providing remedies.
We will provide technical support for download/opening issues and will correct any confirmed errors within the template content. For such material errors, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a correction to the template or product description, a replacement template, or in severe cases, a refund at our sole discretion. We will respond within 5 business days. Refunds, if approved, may be partial to account for any use of the product and will be processed within 7 to 14 days via your original payment method.
For non-delivery cases (e.g. email failure), we will re-send the link, provide access via your customer account, or provide alternative access upon verification—no refunds unless unresolved after 5 business days.
