Overview & Non-Refundable Digital Resources
As our resources are digital and intangible, they are deemed "used" once they are made available for download or accessed (e.g. via a provided download link or through your customer account), even if not immediately downloaded or opened by you. For this reason, all purchases of our digital resources are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the resources are suitable for your specific operational, technical, compliance, and legal needs prior to purchase. We do not offer refunds based on a later determination that a resource is unsuitable for your particular business context, industry, compliance framework, or jurisdiction. This includes cases of change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Reporting Issues (Within 7 Days)
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please report any issues within 7 days of purchase. If you experience any technical issues with your downloaded resource (e.g. difficulty downloading or opening the file), or believe there is an error in the resource content, or if the resource fails to provide its core features as described in the stated resource description (e.g. due to a material error or inaccuracy), please contact us at our Contact Us page or email us at hello@chillcompliance.com.
To process your report, please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the purchase
- A description of the issue
- Supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots).
We will verify the report against our purchase records, our stated resource descriptions, and the specific version of the resource purchased before providing any remedies.
What We Can Help With (Technical Issues & Content Errors)
We will provide technical support for download / opening issues and will correct any confirmed errors within the resource content.
Remedies We May Offer
For such material errors, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a correction to the resource or its stated resource description, a replacement resource, or in severe cases, a refund at our sole discretion.
Refund Processing Times (If Approved)
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Refunds, if approved, may be partial to account for any use of the resource and will be processed within 7 to 14 days via your original payment method.
Non-Delivery & Access Issues
For non-delivery cases (e.g. email failure), we will re-send the download link, provide access via your customer account, or provide alternative access upon verification. See our Delivery Policy for details on digital delivery and access.
